Jean-Baptiste Say produced many works during his lifetime. His most important work was the Treatise on Political Economy. Looking at the analysis of the period in which this work was written, deep relations can be established with economic, financial and administrative fields. For this reason, the book has been translated into various languages and has become wide-spread. In this article, the effect of the book on management thought has been examined and Say’s views that will increase the effect of production factors in practice have been examined from a managerial perspective.
