Abstract

Throughout the history of mankind the ruling power-holders have abstained from pursuing an expressive course with reference to their perspectives into the arts. The arts have either been excluded, forbidden as a whole, or transformed into a tool, rather than an end, in line with the expectations of some interests. In this regard, almost every aspect of art has got their own shares, and as a result of such approaches, the arts have been drifted into a steady process. Works of music, having witnessed the historical process, have never lost their quality as the indicators of experiences, and mirroring the social transformation, so to speak, they have unveiled whatever events have taken place. Within the framework of contact with the means of mass-communication, the insights into depth in time and prevalence in space have been replaced by the elimination of the notions of time and space in the course of time. This acquired position has reached such an extent that the society has been oriented towards being unresponsive, even in the persuasion process of communities by means of the media through a number of subliminal messages concealed in the content of music in order to fulfill some political interests, and the targeted results have been achieved. This aspect of the arts, having attained such an extraordinary power, has today overcome the risk of being disregarded and begun to serve as a weapon, so to speak. Witnessing such a transformation of the society's emotions and language into a weapon that produces destructive effects has created deep impacts on artists and artlovers with no less damage than the arts have been exposed to.
