The effect of Covıd-19 outcome on culture and art organizations

Abstract
With the Covid-19 outbreak that started with Coronavirus, which first appeared in Wuhan province of China, the epidemic that started to spread in Italy and Europe after a short period of time, turned the global health crisis by affecting the whole world. Decisions taken after the epidemic have affected every stage of daily life, from production to education, from shopping to social events. Especially with the curfew, life has stopped and individuals are prohibited from leaving their homes in all countries. With the ban, all sports and arts organizations were also canceled. All artistic and cultural events (film festivals, song contests (Eurovision), art fairs, sports tournaments, marathons, exhibitions, biennials, concerts, touristic tours, fashion shows and competitions, although minor, as they are canceled at local events other than international organizations and leagues. ) had to cancel their events or postpone them to a later date in order to protect their visitors' health. Unrealized activities had negative consequences on individuals, institutions and states. The effects of the pandemic process, which took place in the first half of 2020, were not only limited to the economy but also sociologically and psychologically. In the research, the effects of cancellations of art organizations on institutions and national economies were examined and the estimated results to be experienced were specified.
