Aims & Scope

Journal of Advances in Manufacturing Engineering is an international, scientific, open access periodical published in accordance with independent, unbiased, and single-blinded peer-review principles. The journal publishes original research articles, reviews, short communications, and technical reports in accordance with recognized ethical guidelines. Two issues are released every year in June, and December. The publication language of the journal is US English.

The primary goal of the Journal of Advances in Manufacturing Engineering is to submit high-quality papers from the field of manufacturing engineering and to contribute the international literature of advances in manufacturing engineering related to machining, metal forming, welding, casting, non-traditional manufacturing methods, additive manufacturing, composite manufacturing, plastic manufacturing, smart manufacturing, Industry 4.0.

The editorial and publication processes of the journal were designed according to the guidelines of the Council of Science Editors (CSE), the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the European Association of Science Editors (EASE), and the National Information Standards Organization (NISO). The journal also observes the Directory of Open Access Journals Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing (doaj.org/bestpractice).

Processing and publication are free of charge. No fees are requested from the authors at any point throughout the evaluation and publication process. All manuscripts must be submitted via the online submission system, which is accessible at jame.yildiz.edu.tr.
